Les P’tits Galets Rosé (Protected Geographical Indication)

Our rosé wine PGI Gard : Les P’tits Galets

Blend

This rosé is a blend of Grenache, Merlot and Cinsault.

Terroir

Selected plots in the former “Vin de Pays” production area now called I.G.P. The vines grow on clay and limestone soils.

Winemaking

Pressing, natural static cold debourbage. Alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature (16°c). Aged in tank.

Tasting notes
  • Colour: pale, bright and slightly salmon-pink
  • Aroma: elegant, round with floral notes: lilies, wallflowers, and hyacinth
  • Palate: fine and balanced. Notes of fresh fruit (strawberries and blackcurrants)
Food pairing

This is a wine to enjoy with friends, over a simple meal. Perfect match with grilled vegetables, mixed salad, tabbouleh or melon.
