Our rosé sparkling wine : Effet Bulles
Effet Bulles is the result of the collaboration between the Leucate cellar situated in the Piedmont region and Rocca Maura, in our constant search for new products. Our commun aim crunching the grapes.
Blend
This sparkling wine is made with Muscat Petit Grains.
Terroir
Rich in clay and limestone soil, where the wines draw all their delicacy and freshness.
Winemaking
The grapes are directly pressed ; must racking and fermentation at low temperature. The partially fermented must is then treated in a closed tank in order to get the sparkling effect.
Tasting notes
- Colour: pale, shiny, lightly pinkish.
- Aroma: intense, floral, exotic, lychee.
- Palate: sweetish, full. The bubbles are fine and elegant, notes of exotic fruits (mango, lychee, passion fruit). Strawberry in the final.
Food pairing
Enjoy it for aperitif, but it also perfectly matches with a pastry or any other dessert.

6-8° C
