Delivery and Timeframes
All products from SCA Rocca Maura are available for delivery within mainland France, within 12 working days from the date of payment by credit card.
Delivery can be made to your home, workplace, or any other address specified when placing the order. However, the entire order can only be delivered to a single address.
The delivery times provided are indicative. Except where otherwise agreed by both parties, any delay shall not justify the cancellation of the order or a claim for damages.
The customer is required to check the condition of the goods upon receipt from the carrier. In the case of missing items or breakage, the customer must refuse all or part of the parcel and note the reason on the carrier's delivery slip.
The carrier will then inform SCA Rocca Maura. Upon receipt of this information, SCA Rocca Maura commits to immediately reship an identical parcel to the recipient.
Under no circumstances may the customer claim a refund for the product or delivery charges.

Bottles are only sold in boxes of 6 bottles. BIBs (Bag-in-Box) are sold individually.
→ Shipping Cost Calculation
Our shipping costs are calculated based on "cols" (units):
1 bottle = 1 col
1 litre of BIB = 1 col
Example of billing calculation:
1 box of 6 bottles = 6 cols
2 BIBs of 5L = 10 cols
Delivery is available exclusively within mainland France. A flat rate of €31.90 (including tax) will be applied.

Bottles: free delivery for orders of 80 bottles or more (80 cols),
5L BIBs: free delivery for orders of 16 BIBs 5L or more (80 cols),
10L BIBs: free delivery for orders of 8 BIBs 10L or more (80 cols).
